I’m Dale LaValley.
I live and work in the Atlanta area. I spend my days on homes, real estate, fitness, learning new tools, and figuring out how to live a little better than yesterday.
The two sides of the work
Through Southern MANA I buy, sell, renovate and manage properties. The focus is simple: homes that work for the people in them, looked after properly.
Through AtlDaleGo I share the rest of the picture, which is the daily practice of living well. Real estate is part of it. So are fitness, recovery, technology, travel, renovation projects, and the lessons that come from trying things in public.
The two are connected on purpose. One is the craft of the home. The other is the life lived inside and around it.
How I approach things
- I prefer honest over polished.
- I like testing ideas in real life and keeping what works.
- I believe small, consistent improvements compound.
- I think a well cared for home supports a well lived life, and the reverse is also true.
